Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a German AI Tutor on a temporary basis to train and refine Grok's voice and language capabilities in German. Your work will directly shape pronunciation, natural phrasing, and cultural nuance in a globally used product.

This remote 6-month role offers flexible hours across eligible regions, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour plus benefits. Proficiency in German (CEFR C1) and English (CEFR B2) is required, with other language or linguistics background a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German at CEFR C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
• Experience in transcription or audio annotation with attention to accents and prosody.

Responsibilities

• Annotate, label, and provide feedback on multilingual audio clips and speech samples.
• Translate and localize text from English into German with accurate phrasing and cultural fit.
• Produce clear audio data capturing intonation, rhythm, and accent.
• Collaborate with technical staff to refine annotation guidelines and tools.
