Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity

Full-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are seeking a Geriatrician or IM/FM trained Physician to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Fresno, CA. We are looking for a Physician with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post‑Acute and Long‑Term Care arena.

Full‑time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules with pro‑rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
