Job summary

The University of Chicago’s SHARE Network is seeking a Project Coordinator to support diverse activities across sectors. You will report to the Administrative Director and manage multiple tasks, maintain initiatives, and proactively identify issues to improve operations.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and collaboration with partners and learners. Key duties include coordinating events, maintaining materials and data, and supporting workforce education in care settings.

Qualifications

• College or university degree required.
• Less than 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates regular community events with internal and external partners.
• Creates and organizes project handouts ensuring materials are current and filed.
• Maintains and distributes the Resource Guide to hubs and partners.
• Coordinates activities of students, learners and Community Advisory Board.
• Enters and manages data documenting SHARE Network activity.
• Provides admin support and database management.
• Assists with workforce education interventions in long-term care, hospital and clinic settings; develops newsletters and plans events.
• Oversees and enhances content for the website.
• Develops and grows audience for email newsletters and social media.
• Represents the SHARE Network at community events; facilitates small groups.
