Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Geriatrics specialty.
• Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine.
• 2–5 years of recent Geriatrics experience preferred.
• Board certification or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Geriatrics and geriatric palliative care consults.
• Good integration of specialties with high degree of collaboration.
• Multidisciplinary approach in care delivery.
• Collegiality and cohesiveness of a 4-member Geriatrics team.
