Job summary

Gallup Community Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible geriatrician to join our clinic team. You will deliver comprehensive primary and consultative care for adults 65+, with a focus on function, goals, and quality of life.

You will lead care planning with an interdisciplinary team and partner with families through transitions and complex decisions, supporting a compassionate, patient-centered approach in Gallup, NM.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an accredited Geriatric Medicine fellowship (or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with substantial geriatrics experience)
• Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Medicine
• Genuine enthusiasm for older adults and the people who love them
