Job summary

Physicians Services Group (PSG) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Post-Acute Care team in Augusta, GA. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy within a supportive, team-based setting, with regular M-F hours and in-person care at a local facility.

The position offers salary between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, with an annual performance-based bonus and a $1,500 CME stipend plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.
• Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred.
• Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams.
