Geriatric Value-Based Medicine – Multiple Locations is seeking BC/BE physicians to join our value-based clinics across multiple states. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatricians are encouraged to apply, with geriatrics interest required.

Some roles require bilingual Spanish and English. A competitive salary with bonus structure is offered, with experienced providers earning at least $300K in the first year.

Qualifications

• BC/BE physicians to join value-based clinics.
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics encouraged to apply; geriatrics interest required.
• Some positions require bilingual Spanish and English.
• HEDIS experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Extended appointment times to spend quality time with patients.
• Average patient volume of 12–15 per day.
• Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
