Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, public health, psychology, healthcare/health-related field, business, or accounting.
  • Experience managing and reporting information for external stakeholders.
  • Experience with peer-reviewed publications and grant writing.
  • Quality improvement or performance improvement experience.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3 program assistants, data analysts, web master, and faculty from several health care disciplines.
  • Collaborate with academic, community and health care partners.
  • Represent the Dakota GWEP locally, regionally and nationally.
  • Manage project work plans, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop, test, and disseminate new educational products and tools that support Geriatrics education.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret project data from multiple sources.
  • Oversee quality improvement and accreditation alignment across multiple systems.
  • Establish External Funding & Sustainability Plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote project initiatives and educational products.
