Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians, LLC in San Antonio, TX is hiring a full-time geriatrician to lead bedside wound care in post-acute facilities. You will participate in weekly wound rounds, manage 20–30 patients daily, and operate within a 40–60 mile radius in a mobile practice.

The position offers autonomy, no weekend or nightly shifts, and a training path including a wound fellowship. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• W2 full-time employment with patient-facing wound care.
• Training provided during onboarding and through a wound care fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients daily.
• Operate within a mobile practice radius of 40–60 miles from the location.
