Vohra Wound Physicians is recruiting a full-time geriatrician to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities in the Waco area. The role emphasizes autonomy, work-life balance and cutting-edge wound management technologies.

The position features a typical 45-hour work week, no night shifts, no on-call duties, and visits to multiple facilities (40–60 miles radius) with weekly rounds and real-time EMR documentation. Compensation averages around $300,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in the post-acute care setting (SNF and LTAC).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients daily.
• Document at point of care using the proprietary wound EMR.
