Job summary

Colorado Physician Partners / Family Medicine Clinic is seeking an outpatient geriatric focused internal medicine physician in the Denver metro area. The role supports APP supervision and a team-based approach within an allscripts EHR environment.

Qualified candidates are board eligible or board certified geriatricians with supervisory interest. The position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule with approximately 18 patients per day and a 1:6 call rotation, in a system that includes care coordination and

• Board eligible / board certified geriatrician.
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise APPs (advanced practice providers) in an outpatient setting.
• Provide geriatric-focused internal medicine for a Denver metro outpatient clinic.
• Manage a patient panel of ~18 patients per day.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:6.
• Work with EHR Allscripts.

Colorado Physician Partners / Family Medicine Clinic is looking for an outpatient geriatric focused internal medicine physician in the Denver metro area.

Colorado Physician Partners (CP2) is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management and large group contracting.

The Position:

• 1.0 FTE opportunity
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• APP supervision is required
• Call schedule 1:6
• EHR – Allscripts
