Job summary

Colorado Physician Partners is seeking an outpatient geriatric focused internal medicine physician for the Denver metro area. The position is a 1.0 FTE with an expectation of approximately 18 patients per day, working under EHR Allscripts.

The candidate should be board eligible or board certified in geriatrics and have supervisory interest with advanced practice providers, contributing to patient care coordination and practice transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified geriatrician.
• Supervisory experience with advanced practice providers.
• Outpatient/internal medicine experience in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatric care for the patient panel in the Denver metro area.
