Job summary

Britt Medical in Cleveland, OH is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician to provide high-quality, outpatient primary care for Medicare patients in a value-based care model.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), collaboration with regional leadership, a dedicated medical team, and opportunities for leadership development and center medical director consideration. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible geriatrician.
• Outpatient care for Medicare patients.
• Collaborative leadership and quality improvement experience.
• Strong focus on preventive medicine and wellness.
• Ability to direct the center care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for older adults.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Prescribe and manage medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals.
• Help direct and manage the center care team.
