Britt Medical in Shreveport, LA, seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide high-quality primary care for older adults in an outpatient setting.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a base salary of $240K–$270K, plus a quarterly quality bonus, a $5,000 CME stipend, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. Leadership pathways may include Center Medical Director duties.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
• Outpatient primary care for older adults
• Medicare-focused care and preventive medicine

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatments
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve quality goals
• Help direct and manage the center care team
