Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) seeks licensed therapists to provide in-person and telehealth therapy for older adults in TX nursing homes and assisted living facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team and help improve emotional well-being and quality of life for residents.

The role supports flexible schedules (full-time or part-time) with strong administrative support, billing/credentialing handled by SPC, and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in geriatric mental health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage & family therapist in Texas.
• Experience delivering geriatric mental health care in nursing homes or assisted living settings.
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary care teams and provide staff training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing home settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for older adults.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Deliver staff training and in-service education to facility personnel.
