Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech and Language Pathology.
• License: Current, active license as Speech Pathologist to practice.
• Experience: Work in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy per physician orders and payer guidelines.
• Educate staff and families on therapy benefits and outcomes.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes and monthly reports.
