Job summary

A healthcare organization located in Boston is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their PACE Interdisciplinary Team. This role, requiring proficiency in Mandarin, involves providing direct care to elderly participants and developing comprehensive care plans. Candidates must be licensed in MA and have a minimum of two years of experience with geriatric populations. With a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and no weekend or holiday work, this position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the Commonwealth of MA.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with the geriatric population.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel locally on a frequent basis in a personal vehicle.
• Ability to quickly recognize situations/problems before they become acute.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to participants and implements care plans.
• Collects necessary medical and social information for participant safety.
• Monitors clinic care & service delivery to ensure quality standards.
• Assists in identifying health status and social functioning problems.
• Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.

Skills
