Job summary
Meadowood Nursing Center in Clearlake, California, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time roles on a 4-on, 2-off rotation. Compensation ranges from $55–$62 per hour with a $7,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule that includes 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, and 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Qualifications
- California RN license is required.
- CPR/BLS certification required or obtained during orientation.
- Willingness to relocate to Clearlake, CA if needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within scope of practice per physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the team.
- Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs.
- Educate patients and families.
- Transcribe and implement physician orders per Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with physicians and participate in rounds as needed.
