New York State Department of Health – Montrose Veterans Home is seeking a Registered Nurse 1 to coordinate, direct and provide professional nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Administrator. This per diem, temporary role requires dedication to geriatric care and reliable weekend coverage.

Ideal candidates hold a NYS RN license and current registration; experience with geriatric populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possession of a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
• Preferred experience with geriatric populations.
• Open Competitive HELPS qualifications upon appointment.
