Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• Experience in geriatric setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care teams to create and update care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes.
