Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care for residents in a geriatric setting at our Wisconsin facility. The RN will follow physician orders, supervise nursing staff, and assist with rounds and treatments.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, and yearly CPR certification, with a strong commitment to patient safety and teamwork within all departments.

Qualifications

• RN with accredited nursing school graduate.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care by following physician orders and regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and per facility policy.
• Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians with rounds and examinations as needed.
• Care for patients during rounds and treatments.
• Document treatments and care provided.
• Maintain infection control and standard precautions.
• Assist with research on nursing care quality and with admissions processes.
