Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Screen residents regularly to determine intervention needs.
• Document and bill physical therapy services in accordance with CMS requirements.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust resident therapy programs.
• Maintain compliance with department procedures and standards of practice.
