Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Maine is seeking an engaged Registered Nurse to ensure the health and comfort of residents. You will assess conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

The role offers full-time shifts with base pay of $41.44–$42.56 per hour and generous shift differentials up to $51.56 per hour, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

Valid state RN license and current registration.
Compassionate, empathetic care for residents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Oversee and mentor LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
