Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license required or equivalent licensure in the state of Maine.
- Experience delivering patient-centered nursing care to aging populations.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and care progress.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
- Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in care delivery.
