Active Day is seeking an RN to provide nursing care to members under physician orders and emergent needs at our Vineland, NJ facility. You will coordinate with dietary, pharmacy, therapy, and other teams while documenting progress in medical records.

The role emphasizes assessments, patient education, and community outreach, with potential duties in emergency care and quality improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• RN License with current state registration.
• CPR certification required.
• Malpractice insurance if applicable.
• 1–2 years of full-time experience in a licensed health care facility preferred.
• May be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care and administers medications per plan of care and physician orders.
• Performs initial nursing assessments and monitors vital signs, reporting abnormalities.
• Assists members with daily activities and supports families and staff.
• Provides health education and safety guidance to staff and community.
• Participates in incident reporting and ensures regulatory compliance.
