Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will document in an EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and benefit from mentorship and opportunities for professional growth in a patient-centered culture.

Qualificações

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to document in an EMR and work with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Document patient care in the EMR.

• Manage a manageable caseload with compassionate care.
