Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and mentorship within a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• PTA delivers evidenced-based care under PT supervision.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teammates to optimize mobility and function.
• Documents patient progress in EMR per facility protocol.
