Job summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities:

- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of geriatric patients with physical impairments or disabilities

- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Educate patients and their families about the benefits of physical therapy and how to continue exercises at home

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment for patients

- Stay current with new techniques and advancements in physical therapy
