Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our geriatric patients. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain and improve their physical abilities. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary range of $33-$37/hour, plus relocation assistance and sign‑on incentives for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans for geriatric patients.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
