Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant; eligible to work in New Jersey.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out therapist-designed treatment plans with seniors.
• Provide gait and balance training and functional mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs and coordinate with interdisciplinary care team.
