Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• PTA with an associate degree providing rehab services to seniors in SNF/long-term care.
• Ability to carry out plan-of-care created by Physical Therapists.
• Strong documentation and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsabilités

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs and communicate with the care team.
