Job summary
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team on-site. You will implement PT treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

- Providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
