Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, delivering individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

In this on-site role, you will perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional activities, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPTA certification and active licensure.
• Experience caring for seniors in SNF/long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
