The role requires Ohio PTA licensure, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Accredited PTA program completion and Ohio licensure.
• Ability to document accurately and follow treatment plans.
• Excellent communication with patients and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments per established plans.
• Develop, implement, and progress treatment plans.
