Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA or eligible in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest/experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility and functional independence.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust plans as needed.
