Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-visit geriatric therapy in Coconut Creek, FL. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and competitive pay per 4-unit visit, with clinical autonomy and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
