Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy during home visits in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence and age in place, with autonomy and a collaborative team environment.

The PTA will perform skilled treatments under a plan of care, communicate with physicians and families, and document interventions accurately.

Qualifications

• Active GA PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
