Qualifikationen

• Licensed PTA or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Aufgaben

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions for adult and geriatric patients to enhance movement and quality of life.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
