Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adults in geriatric rehabilitation. In this role you will provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a PT, focusing on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under supervision to improve mobility, strength and balance.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve independence and quality of life in adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.

Education

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
