Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This on-site role focuses on implementing PT plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license in the state of New Jersey or eligible for licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient-focused care
• Ability to document accurately in EMR and maintain patient privacy

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and safety
