Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training.
• Deliver functional mobility interventions to improve safety and independence.
• Document progress in EMRs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
