Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient-focused care in rehab settings.
• Ability to support PT-designed plans in senior care.
• Good collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Carry out PT plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs and communicate with care team.
