Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through personalized therapy focused on independence and quality of life. You will work under a PT in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible to obtain licensure in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under the direction of a PT to help patients improve mobility and function.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety and pain management.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adults.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff for outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
