Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with current license.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training.
• Facilitate functional activities and daily living tasks.
• Document care accurately in EMR and educate patients and caregivers.
