Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Connecticut. This on-site role focuses on implementing PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and ensure accurate EMR documentation, while educating

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Connecticut (PTA).
Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
Accurate EMR documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers.
