Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you will implement PTA treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and patient/caregiver education, with EMR documentation and collaboration

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant credential required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Accurate EMR documentation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement PTA treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
