Job summary

Ideal candidates graduated from an accredited PTA program, hold a Florida license, and have experience in long-term or geriatric care. Strong patient service, teamwork, and accurate weekly charting are essential to quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid FL professional license and registration.
• Provide treatment under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing and timely progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Excellent patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctual and professional; adhere to schedule.
• Comply with confidentiality, HIPAA and Residents' Rights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
