Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, and care planning onsite, collaborating with nurses, social workers, physicians, and rehab teams to support older adults and those with chronic conditions.

You will deliver individual, family, and group therapies, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining ethical and regulatory

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with state licensure
• Experience in geriatric behavioral health preferred
• Ability to work autonomously within LTC settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex medical needs
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate daily with nursing, social work and medical teams
• Maintain compliant documentation and regulatory standards
