Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing with diploma or degree.
• Current valid RN license (multistate or Oklahoma).
• 0–6 months of related nursing experience.
• Familiarity with patient assessment and care planning.
• Ability to document using medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Document steps of the nursing process.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet patient goals.
• Support patient discharge with referrals and education.
• Maintain age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
