Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers ordered medications and monitors patient responses.
• Provides patient education and supports self-care activities.
• Communicates with patients and families, coordinating with the care team.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

• Identifies psychosocial needs and coordinates with social services for discharge planning.
• Promotes cost-effective practices and efficient use of supplies.
• Prioritizes patient care and maintains safety throughout the shift.
